Thousands of independent events will be taking place around the globe on 10.10.10 all of which are related to making our world a better place in some way. Almost all of these events have been independently organised by small groups of people who care about the planet as a whole, and specifically, the future survival of our species.
Some events consist entirely of Silence – meditative gatherings, prayers for the planet and so forth. Other events are all about Being entertained, or enlightened or a combination of both. Other events are focused on Doing things – taking practical actions, from cleaning litter to re-designing local communities.
